The Engineering Operations’ team’s mission is to accelerate the outcomes of Client’s
Application & Cloud Engineering organization by driving programs and uniting cross-
functional teams. The Technical Project Manager (TPM) role focuses on the full lifecycle of
technical projects/programs from scope definition to packaged handoff. TPMs are
responsible for initiating projects, following their progress, and serving as support providers
in case issues arise. This position is for a self-starter who can take initiative to drive results
with minimal supervision, be solution oriented, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Create and publish quarterly plans – Scope, Schedule, Resources, Risks – with linkages to
business goals and Client / ACP strategy
Lead and coordinate execution of committed deliverables to plan across product,
engineering, E2E validation and cross-functions
Manage technical interdependencies; identify risks, define implications of changes to
plans on timelines/scope based on execution progress and refined business priorities
Manage priorities balancing customer value, quality, timeliness, and risk
Apply structured methodologies to approve and document changes to drive effective
change management, re-plan activities and communication of impact
Drive teams to meet commitments and achieve success, holding self and team
accountable for results
Demonstrate diplomacy and maturity to identify and interact with stakeholders, assess
their needs, provide metrics/status reports as needed, and manage stakeholder’s
expectations throughout the program.
