Power Platform Architect

Understanding the customer problem statement, performing user interviews and designing the solution with Power platform, azure services.
Should be able to do quick POCs for validating feasibility and performing a fit-gap analysis.
Should be able to trade-off while proposing the solution from customer perspective.
Working on the high-level estimations based on proposed solution and providing a project plan in collaboration with project managers.
Having oversight or involved directly in project implementation as required.
Ensuring best practices, required tools and techniques are used for delivering a best quality service to our customers.
Should perform POT to ensure latest and greatest technology and features are in use.
Should keep himself/herself abreast of latest technology
Should be able to design enterprise level solutions.
Should be able to create logical, conceptual, data, integration architecture diagrams.
Should have Power platform and azure hands on.
Should have thought leadership, design reusable assets, accelerators and propose innovative ideas for digital transformation.
Should be able to understand customer business landscape and suggest automation, modernization of applications with power platform
Should be able to guide customer on the solutions and related ROIs with value proposition.
Should incorporate design thinking with user empathy, while providing the solutions
Should be able to take technology decisions independently.
Should be able to create repositories of Artifacts and required documentation for pre-sale and delivery projects
Should work on technical design document for delivery projects and ensure developers are following it and using the best practices.
Training and knowledge sharing of Architecture and design aspects of the solution.Desired Skill, Experience,.

At least have 5 years of experience in application and solution design and Architecture
Must have worked at least 1 year on pre-sale opportunities to provide response documents to customer’s proposal.
Must have work on customer facing delivery projects and having technical ability to provide clarification to customer’s queries
Strong technical expertise and work experience in .Net, Power platform (Power apps- model driven, canvas app), Power automate, RPA, AI builders, Virtual agents/ copilot studio, Power BI, Data connectors, Power Fx language, Power pages), Azure PaaS services for integration.
Good Knowledge on Architecture Patterns & Design Patterns, Re-factoring and unit testing, Code versioning and best practices
Good knowledge on Azure services-Azure API management and API integrations, Azure Entra for App registration and authentication, Azure Key Vaults, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Batch Services, Function Apps, Event Gris, Event Hubs, Data Lake, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure ML, Azure AI & cognitive services.
Good designing skills and exposure to visual drawing tools like Microsoft Visio, PPTs, Figma etc.
Must have worked on data migration and data replications.
Domain Wise – Solution design in areas such as insurance, banking, healthcare and retail services. Should have good understanding of one or more of the above areas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Must collaborate with required teams, domain experts, Business Analysts, QA to provide best possible and a differentiating solution
Must be an excellent team player and mentor the team on technologies, designing
Must have worked on Azure Dev Ops or any similar DevOps tools
Must have good understanding of agile delivery methodologies and propose MVPs to customers.
